The rooms are spacious and bright with a beautiful view of the garden. Interior design : - 3 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds that can be pushed together, 1 with 3 single beds that can be pushed together. - a kitchen: microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, hotplates, oven, toaster, dishwasher. - a scullery/laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board - a dining room overlooking the garden - a living room with fireplace. A sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 additional people. - 2 WCs (one upstairs, one on the ground floor) - a small bathroom upstairs and a shower area on the ground floor (in the laundry room). - a baby bed and a high chair can be made available for young children. - a small barbecue The house is highlighted by a beautiful garden with trees and flowers, complete with an enclosed pond (secured by a lockable gate). To enjoy it, deck chairs, a table and garden chairs are at your disposal. A large playground is accessible, as well as a swing and a large trampoline for children. You can park your vehicles in the courtyard, right next to the house. The access gate to the property is motorized: you will have a remote control to open and close it without getting out of the car. free WIFI You can rent bikes in Ouistreham (5km from the house) to go to the beach via the cycle path. To note : - Please do not smoke inside the house. If you smoke outside, please pick up your butts - From April to June, the frogs in the pond sing at night. And I can't do anything about it, it's nature :-) - Animals, even small ones, are prohibited - You can invite outside people during the day, but within reason (5 people maximum) - Please do not charge your electric car from home Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and garden.
