The location The country house with large, built-in property *contact info removed* sqm, fully fenced) is located 100 m directly off the North Sea coast in a cul-de-sac location. A pedestrian bridge leads you to the outer dike - here you can cycle or walk without traffic. You can get to swimming spots including dog beach along the dike, everything is also accessible by car with good parking. The nearest town is Bredstedt (about 7 km) with all shopping facilities, heated outdoor pool, doctors and pharmacies. Husum (about 20 km) offers a beautiful inland port with nice cafes and restaurants, many museums and weekend events. The private fishing water directly on the dike is at your disposal as well. The house is in between fields, directly at the house is a small cow pasture. The ground floor, light-flooded holiday home offers about 140 square meters of space for the large family: 3 bedrooms (bedroom 1 with double bed (2.0 x 2.0 m), baby cot and TV, bedroom 2 with two single beds and bedroom 3 with a double bed 1.8 x 2.0 m). All the bedrooms feature blackout blinds. We are happy to provide you with bed linen and towels. The large living space with its leather seating area invites you to spend cozy hours with an exciting book. The flat screen TV (SAT), stereo system and DVD player ensure your electronic entertainment. Books and a game collection will also be provided to you. The bright conservatory and also the generous dining area offer you plenty of space. The comfortably furnished kitchen offers you a stove with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine (filter size 4) and many other cooking utensils. The cottage was completely furnished and newly furnished in 2011. In addition to the modern shower room, you will find a separate toilet. In the small utility room, washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are ready for you. On the protected terrace you can enjoy the view of the beautiful large and fenced garden and the small pond (also fenced). For the youngest fellow travelers, a high chair, a changing table and also a cot are available.
