Barossa Bed and Breakfast

Barossa Bed & Breakfast is an advanced self contained private cottage with no hosts or other guests. Located in the centre of the magnificent Barossa Valley. The space Barossa Bed & Breakfast is self contained and private, no hosts or other guests, it consists of three king rooms, and is able to cater for up to 6 guests. Bedding Configuration: Three king beds available OR Two king beds and two single beds. (children welcome) Generous locally produced gourmet breakfast provisions include - Bacon, eggs, tomatoes, fresh baked bread, yoghurt, muesli, condiments, orange juice, Nespresso, fruit, and a selection of teas . (cereal also available for children) Children (2-16yrs) are welcome to use existing beds, while children under 2 are free. (Cot available please make request-free). Guest access Access: We have key-less entry locks on the front and back doors. Guests will be provided a 6 digit code to use for access during their stay; this will be provided in the communication closer to the stay date. (simple instructions on each door) Other things to note Above the per couple per night fee of $595: Adults- extra adults charged $80 per person per night. Children (2-16yrs) are welcome, charged at $40 per child per night whilst using existing beds. Infants (2 and under) are free, if a cot is required please state this on enquiry.
