Small "Timeless" Gîte – Gorges d'Ardèche 35 minutes away

Le Petit Gîte (50 m2) is composed of a private terrace (garden table and barbecue) open to the kitchen/living room. 1 bedroom, shower room and 1 toilet. Linens (sheets, pillowcases, bath towels) on request. €30 for 2 people. The garden is open to all and is located at the back of the house. Extra bed available for child/adult (120x190). Possible for a third guest with an extra bed (supplement to be paid per night) The space The timeless gîte is located in Provencal Occitania in a small picturesque village, Saint André de Roquepertuis, a ten-minute walk from the river, the Cèze. The house is an old 18th century building. It has 3 cottages with an area of 45 to 100 m2 with views of the hills and village. Two cottages have a private terrace. Other things to note - Household linen is not included with the rental of the cottage. We offer a linen package: sheets, pillowcases and towels €30 (optional) - Coffee machine - capsules - Bosch -Tassimo -The cottage must be left clean and tidy. -The tenant will be responsible for any damaged items. Broken items cannot be replaced at the tenant's initiative. -Bedding, furniture, dishes, and various objects must not be transported outside the accommodation, even in the garden. -Pets are not allowed. French and English spoken. We speak French and English.
