Things to note about the property: - Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company) - No Aircon and Wifi - No Garage Access - No smoking inside the house - No Pets allowed. Inside Upon entering the property, the first bedroom is conveniently situated on the left, providing a cozy and private space. On the right, you'll find the first bathroom and the second bedroom, which features a lounge area and a TV, creating a versatile and inviting space for relaxation. As you ascend the stairs, you'll be greeted by an open-plan layout on the upper level. The second lounge room offers a comfortable seating area where you can unwind and enjoy each other's company. Adjacent to the lounge, you'll discover a spacious dining table perfect for shared meals and gatherings. The well-equipped kitchen lies directly ahead, ensuring that preparing meals and snacks is a breeze. To the left, you'll find the second bathroom, providing added convenience for guests. Continuing, you'll come across the third and fourth bedrooms. Outside One of the highlights of Blissful Paradise is the inviting balcony, accessible through the dining area. Step outside onto the balcony, where you'll find outdoor furniture, a table, and a lounge area. Additionally, there's a barbecue available, allowing you to indulge in some outdoor grilling. For those seeking a taste of nature, the backyard offers a washing line for your convenience, while a spacious grass area adjacent to the house provides ample room for outdoor activities and playtime. A larger grass area nearby allows for even more recreational opportunities. Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
