Welcome to our two storey town house close to the heart of Busselton. Just meters from the beautiful white sands of Geographe bay, and 5 to 10 minutes walk to the town center and the famous Busselton Jetty. This is the ideal spot for a relaxing family holiday, or romantic or action packed weekend getaway - the choice really is yours. The space The ground floor consists of a large open plan kitchen, living and dining area, including sliding glass doors which open out to the outdoor alfresco area, artificial lawn and landscaped back yard. There is reverse cycle heating in the living room. Also on the bottom floor is the master bedroom, which contains a queen size bed, a bedside table and a large floor to ceiling mirrored robe. The bedroom windows are also floor to ceiling and let in a gorgeous breeze in the evening. The master bedroom also has a adjoining en-suite, and separate toilet for downstairs use. The separate laundry is also downstairs. Upstairs consists of two bedrooms, the first with a queen size bed, the other containing two single bunk beds (so four beds in the one room). Both rooms contain built in robes. There is also an adjoining bathroom with bath, and separate toilet. Both bedrooms have reverse cycle AC/Heating. All bedrooms are carpeted, and the main living areas are a modern floorboard lookalike (vinyl) surface. Guest access Busselton is a friendly community, that is small enough to feel you have escaped the city, and yet large enough that all of your needs are more than catered for. And to top it off Busselton has the most beautiful pristine beaches, which make up Geographe Bay.There is 4WD access to the beach in some areas and small boats can be launched from the beach boat ramps. Most of the year it is calm, which makes it safe for children. Activities include, fishing, crabbing, snorkeling and sailing. If you're lucky you'll also be able to see the playful dolphins swimming off the shore. Other things to note NO PARTIES. NO SMOKING. Small creatures such as flies, moths, ants, spiders, or the occasional cockroach may sometimes find their way inside, particularly near door tracks or windows. In warmer seasons, you may also encounter mosquitoes and midgies, especially in the evenings. Unfortunately, these insects are part of the natural environment, and there is nothing we can personally do to prevent them. We recommend bringing insect repellent and keeping windows and doors closed whenever possible. While we take all reasonable measures to minimize insects, sightings—particularly in outdoor areas or entry points—may happen from time to time. This is a normal part of living in Australia and does not indicate a cleanliness issue. Refunds or discounts will not be provided for the presence of insects unless there is a severe, unresolved issue reported during your stay.
