The space This property accommodates four guests and is located in the old walled town of Alcudia. This town is not only famous for its Roman ruins but also its twice weekly market. The property has been superbly modernised and offers unique and original accommodation. There is an enchanting entrance hall with vaulted ceiling and open plan staircase. The sitting room is tastefully and eclectically furnished with a number of traditional pieces. From the sitting room there is access to a delightful patio. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and also has access to the patio. There are two generous bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed and bedroom two has twin beds. Both offer ample wardrobe space. The bedrooms are served by two bathrooms and there is also a cloakroom/WC. A further sitting area furnished with two sofa beds has access to a courtyard with lounger chairs. This delightful house is in the heart of Alcudia Old Town which abounds with superb restaurants, bars, boutiques, bakers, supermarkets etc etc. The renown beach resorts of Port Alcudia and Puerta Pollensa are a short drive away.
