Owners bedroom with comfortable queen size bed, smart tv and private en suite. Guest suite with comfortable queen size bed, smart tv and bathroom attached. Private fenced patio to enjoy in the morning with your coffee , returning from the beach, refreshing pool or in the evening with a glass of wine. Four burner Gas grill to cook your favorite meal ( please clean AFTER it cools, so another guest may enjoy. For safety ensure the propane gas is turned off at the cooktop and and the tank. Linens are included in your rental ( one bath towel, one hand towel , one wash cloth for a total how many guests home sleeps , bed linens, including pillows) Kitchen towels and hot pads-***** Please bring beach towels. Pest such as palmetto bugs " water bugs", spiders, flies, mosquitoes, midges and ants- Home is routinely treated by a pest control company- to reduce the presence of these pests and any other pests inside, we ask that you make sure all the windows, front door and sliding door are closed. Please do not leave food on countertops and remove trash from condo and dispose in dumpster at the end of the street.
