Down a long driveway is your spacious retreat with 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, open-plan kitchen/dining, outdoor undercover entertaining, 17m heated indoor pool (26-28 degrees) and sauna! (note that the spa is not operational but can be used as a children's pool). Sit on the deck and watch the sunrise over the ocean; enjoy a book in the cocoon chair or follow a sauna with a dip in the private pool with its own indoor living space. Close to the beach, lake, shopping and restaurants. The space Great open plan living area on the top floor with extensive outdoor undercover entertaining area (with BBQ and 8-seater outdoor dining table) as well as cocoon chair. You will feel relaxed amongst the trees with ocean views. Also on this floor is the master bedroom (king) with ensuite and two double bedrooms and the main bathroom. The kitchen has oven, microwave, gas stovetop and dishwasher with very large prep space. The fridge has cold water dispenser and ice maker. There is a second living area (family room) downstairs with a pool table for family fun. On this level there is a queen bedroom with ensuite. Below the family room is the large (17m) indoor pool with a 5 person Finnish sauna in the downstairs bathroom off the pool. There is also seating for 10 in the pool area and table tennis in the garage area for hours of fun. Guest access The whole house is yours only and is very private. Lock up garage available for two cars to keep safe and clean with space for another 2 cars in the driveway and plenty of on street parking Other things to note Please note strictly NO PARTYING, NO LOUD NOISE, NO LARGE GATHERINGS. We are in a quiet, family neighbourhood and our house borders five neighbours, has a no party rule with max of 8 persons in the house. Only the number of guests in the booking are allowed in the house day and night. Any noise complaint from our neighbours will result in the POLICE called and NO refund. Sorry we have to say all this but we have had guests mislead us in the past. Please note the pool and spa is set to 26 to 28c heating only.
