You usually pick up your houseboat at the Loitz marina. Either the harbour master or an owner will be waiting for you there. Depending on your level of sailing ability, you will receive a short or intensive briefing on the houseboat. A sufficient number of life jackets are on board and, like the boat, are carefully checked before setting off. In addition to the depth display, the Garmin echo sounder also has a fish finder function. Info consumption costs: Gas & the first fresh water tank filling are included. Waste water disposal is charged at approx. 15 euros. Additional fresh water, fuel (petrol) and electricity (shore power) are exclusive and payable on site at the respective moorings according to consumption.
