It is less than 5 miles to the attractive Victorian spa town of Llandrindod Wells and 8 miles to the market town of Rhayader, both having an interesting array of small shops, cafés and restaurants. The stunning Elan Valley is located just a couple miles further on, where here you will find the famous red kite feeding station, Welsh Crystal Factory, cycle hire, and a myriad of other outdoor pursuits. Fishing is available by arrangement with the owner. There is also golf and horse riding within a 3 mile drive.
