It has been recently renovated with modern comforts including air conditioning for a pleasant stay even in the hottest months of summer.    The house is 215 sqm almost entirely on one level .  There is a spacious living room  with a fireplace and adjacent dining room.  A small studio, two double bedrooms and one single bedroom, two bathrooms and a large kitchen.  This is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer and accessories including toaster, American coffee machine, or Italian coffee.A den with another fireplace leads up to the second floor. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, one double and one single bedroom, and a bathroom. Outside is a large covered terrace where you can eat alfresco,facing west, with long views ( 10km) A small outbuilding serves as a wine cellar, with some local producers, as well as oil made from the trees surrounding the house. The House is surrounded by a large garden completely fenced in, and is about 1.5 acres. The swimming pool (10m x5m) is a saltwater system, and enjoys a beautiful view over the hills facing southwest. Villa Chiara is located in a strategic area for those who want to visit the most important cities  in Tuscany. It is about 50 Km to Florence, 15 Km to Arezzo and 45 Km for Siena. Many other points of interest are within easy reach , either by car or on foot. It is private, yet only a few minutes walking to the town of Pergine (about 300 m).Here there are 1 bar,  pharmacy, post office, Bank and a restaurant/ pizzeria .
