The space DURATION OF STAY ✅ From beginning of June to end of Septembre, we rent by entire weeks from Sunday to Sunday (reservations for short stays are only possible at the last minute). ✅ The rest of the year, enjoy the 180 for 2 nights or more! DESCRIPTION ✅ Terrace: 80m2 entirely private with panoramic view of the Ardèche gorges, independent access, with an uncovered part (sun loungers, armchairs, coffee table) and a part covered by a pergola (large table for 4, jacuzzi operational all year round for swimming in complete privacy while enjoying the view of the river and the cliffs. The house is located on the edge of a protected natural area offering a clear view of nature wild and completely preserved. ✅ Living room: fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso capsules included, kitchen base, etc.), dining area (table for 4), lounge area (Cinna leather sofa, 42-inch flat screen, Bluetooth speaker, etc.) ✅ Bedroom: 160x200 bed (firm comfort, soft welcome) facing a French window opening onto the terrace and the cliffs, without any vis-à-vis. Wardrobe, vintage chest of drawers, armchair, bookcase. ✅ Bathroom: large Italian shower, rain shower column, washing machine (detergent and softener included), toilet. ACTIVITIES IN BALAZUC AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS ✅ The cottage is far enough away from the village to enjoy the peace and quiet all year round but close enough to access cafes, restaurants and shops on foot in less than 5 minutes. ✅ Access on foot to a wild and spectacular swimming spot (5 minutes). ✅ In July and August, small farmers' market in the village on Tuesdays from 6 p.m. For larger trips, all shops and services are located in Pradons (6km), Ruoms (9km) or Vogüé (9km). ✅ Balazuc is home to the Muséum de l'Ardèche, a fascinating paleontology museum which has one of the most beautiful private collections in Europe. ✅ Descent of the Ardèche by canoe from the village. ✅ Climbing sites accessible on foot from the lodge. ✅ Secure cycle path (Voie Verte) accessible from the village to travel throughout southern Ardèche. ✅ Numerous departures for walks and hikes from the gîte. ✅ Flight over the gorges by plane or ULM a few kilometers from the village. ✅ Pont d'Arc, Grotte Chauvet, Aven d'Orgnac, villages of Character, winegrowers, farmers' markets... many ideas for visits can be found within half an hour of the gîte. Guest access ✅ Le 180 is located in a large farmhouse located at the end of a dead end with completely independent access. ✅ A parking lot located in the alley, 30 meters from the entrance to the gîte, is reserved for our guests. ✅ A bus serves Balazuc from Montélimar, Valence Ville and Valence TGV stations. However, to make the most of the surroundings and amenities, a car is strongly recommended. Other things to note ✅ Reception from 6:00 p.m. / Departure until 12:00 p.m. On your arrival, a tour of the gîte will explain how it works and answer all your questions. ✅ Deposit: €800 requested on arrival, returned no later than one week after the end of the stay.
