This home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The queen size air mattress and 2 single floor matts can accommodate 4 additional people. There are several beautiful and comfortable seating and entertainment areas indoors and outdoors. The outdoor space has a furnished foyer, kitchen with built-in BBQ and fire pit, patio lights, outdoor lounge, table for al fresco dining and an outdoor shower. Inside, you’ll love the large, well-appointed kitchen that has all you’ll need to prepare and serve a gourmet meal. There are two separate and spacious living rooms with fireplaces (one wood burning and one gas) and the formal dining room seats up to 10 guests. The primary bedroom suite has a king size bed and a separate Murphy bed with a full-size mattress and is accessible through the main house and also has a separate entrance. The primary suite has a kitchenette, dining area and en-suite bathroom. The two guest bedrooms in the hallway have queen size beds that share a full bathroom. A queen size self-inflating air mattress and 2 single futons are available for additional sleeping arrangements. Based on guest feedback, you’ll feel like you’re in your very own second home as all the personal touches, decor and amenities are above and beyond what you’d normally experience at a vacation rental. Guest access There is parking available for up to 2 cars on the right side of the driveway and free on street parking. **Please note that there is a permanent tenant in the lower unit that parks one car on the left side of the driveway** Other things to note There are 16 steps that lead up to the entrance/front door of the house. There is a permanent tenant that lives in the separate downstairs unit who parks on the left side of the driveway.
