From the dock you can fish, swim, or just dip your toes in. Broad vistas invite you to play on the water taking a quiet kayak, paddle board, pedal boat, or aluminum boat around the lake (all provided). Return back to a welcoming waterfront retreat where you will find a waterside gazebo that provides shade and weather covering. Cozy up around the fire pit (wood provided) next to the lake. Expansive lawn offers plenty of space to play. The home sits atop a rolling hillside. The main floor offers a lakeside deck with benches to relax and unwind with friends and family while taking in the breathtaking view. Inside, the kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware you need to make your family meals. Interior spaces are well appointed and set up for an exquisite vacation. There is a full bathroom and a bedroom with a queen size bed on the main floor. You have a direct view of the lake from the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The living room is cozy with a gas fireplace, 50" smart tv that you can stream on, access to Netflix, and a DVD player with numerous DVD's available. Upstairs there's another bathroom and two bedrooms. The south bedroom is cozy with 2 queen beds and 1 full bed. The north bedroom (lakeside) offers a spacious king size bed with a gorgeous view of the lake. You can step through the sliding door onto the balcony to take in the panoramic view. Spend your time at the house or explore all the area has to offer. All within a 30 drive: Salish Cliffs Golf Club, or try your luck at the Little Creek Casino, or explore motor sports racing at The Ridge Motorsports park or check out activities (winery and distillery) at Hoodsport. A 20 minute drive will take you to town for local restaurants, grocery stores, or play at one of the best playgrounds at Kneeland Park. There are many activities to enjoy whether by the lakeside or exploring the surrounding areas. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house except garage, 1/2 of downstairs bedroom closet, upstairs bathroom closet, outside closet. Parking is available on the front of the property. Up to 3 vehicles is allowed. Other things to note HOUSE RULES Registered guest must send copy of driver's license/identification. There are two outside cameras with audio recording located above the front door and above garage. Cameras will be in use during reservation. Tampering with cameras is prohibited. No smoking, vaping, or use of recreational drugs in the home or on the property. Park only on the property. 3 vehicles limit. No loud noise, music, parties or use of profanity. Please be considerate of our neighbors. This is a residential neighborhood, please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. No animals are not allowed to enter or stay in the home. Use of the property, dock, kayaks, and paddle boat are at your own risk.
