Leo's is an inviting, light filled, contemporary, 3 bedroom house, only a few minutes from the pristine waters of Narrawallee Beach & Inlet. The open plan living space flows onto a N.E. facing, wrap around deck, overlooking a leafy garden. This is the perfect setting to relax, dine or enjoy a BBQ, after days spent at the beach, or enjoying the many sights & activities the district has to offer. The space The house is very well presented with quality furnishings, appliances, & is easily accessible, as it's all on one level, with only a few stairs down to the fenced yard. There is easy access into a double garage, which has remote control doors. There is a well equipped kitchen, with a few pantry basics supplied, such as, tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, olive oil, vinegar etc. & dishwashing supplies. A separate laundry is equipped with a washer, dryer, airers, iron & ironing board. The main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom & the main bathroom has a spa bath. Linen & bath towels are supplied. Guest access The house is unavailable for schoolies, parties & events. The whole house is accessible to guests, except for a locked hallway cupboard & locked storeroom under the house. Other things to note *The lounge area has a large Smart TV, DVD player & a sound system. A small DVD library is available. *The rumpus room has another TV . A collection of books & board games are also stored in the rumpus room. * During summer, comfort is enhanced with aircon for cooling the house. Easy cross ventilation, high ceilings , with ceilings fans in the living areas & all bedrooms add to the comfort. Portable fans are also available. * For the cooler months aircon heating is available in all areas of the house. Other portable heaters are also available. * A house information folder is supplied.
