Stella Villa is located in the historic, coastal village of Maleme, 600m from the beach and the blue Cretan Sea. The area is peaceful, however in walking distance from the beach of Maleme with the taverns, the bars and the souvenir shops. West Crete is the side of the island where some of the most renowned beaches of Greece are found; Falassarna, Elafonisi, Paleochora. As you drive along the mountain roads you will meet many small traditional taverns with homemade cretan products. The space The villa is built in the middle of a covered with grass private property of 2400sq.m. The garden is surrounded by high trees, ensuring the privacy of the tenants. The 40sq.m swimming pool is on the back yard, where the fruit trees are found. Around the pool there are sunbeds and 2 parasols for relaxation in the shade. At the same side of the garden there are a barbecue and stone built benches where you can enjoy tasty meals. Moreover, there is a wooden outdoor dining set in a covered area outside the kitchen and outdoor furniture sets on the balcony of the first floor and at the back and front yards. Stella Villa is a two floor building. The entrance door leads to the spacious sitting/dining area with the fireplace. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has a round dining table for 6 persons. On the same floor there are a cozy twin bedroom and a large bathroom. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, one twin and one double and a bathroom. The twin bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the back yard and the pool. On this floor there is also a veranda overlooking the same part of the garden. Other things to note The pool is 45sq.m. and its depth is 1.1m at the shallow end and 1.9m at the deep end.
