The house sits on a 3 acre land that backs up on Silver Comet Trail, perfect for biking, and long trails. The property is situated along Harris Loop and Jimmy Campbell Pkwy. Very safe community; serene and quiet Ranch style setting. Proximity to Dining and Shopping Venues both Dallas and Hiram, great schools, 4 mins to Wellstar Paulding Hospital EASY Hwy access and an hour to Atlanta and the main airport The space Every space in the house is nicely decorated with a farmhouse charm. Every bedroom embued a sense of calming moods, and neutral colors were the emphasis of the design. Every piece of furniture is solid , beautiful, and an heirloom. Each guest room has a Hand Hygiene Kit with a mask and gloves and compliments from your host. Every space is truly an inviting place to unwind and relax after a long day of work. Guest access Guests have access to a shared kitchen, living room, dining, home gym, and laundry with a full-size LG washer and dryer. The Loft (1010 sq ft.) is available with snack bar (fully stocked beverage fridge, popcorn machine and candies), living room area with 3 reclining sectional couch, craft room with daybed and trundle, small dining area and half bath for a fee to accommodate extra guests or family members. There is plenty of space for everybody to relax and enjoy quality time. During your stay My husband and I would be delighted to socialize with guests but if they want their space, we will respect that. Both of us are available anytime for any questions or concerns through texts, emails, calls or even in-person inquiry. Other things to note Guests can use the private courtyard to relax, read books, or just enjoy a cup of coffee anytime. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the house.
