The beach is a 10 minute walk, 6 blocks, depending on your stride, as is Main street, and Rose Ave with lots of bars, restaurants and nightlife. Walk 30 minutes and be at the Santa Monica Pier or Venice after breakfast of tea/ espresso & granola or TJ's O's with choice of milks and banana. Beach towels. New: 15% Airbnb guest fee is in host's nightly fee and paid by host to Airbnb. The space I designed my colorful townhouse with mission tile, cozy living room, artistic accents, and patio to feel like home to all who enter. I've lived in my Santa Monica home for over 30 years and it has that warmth of character. Your room: This is a private room with custom Satva mattress, duvet comforter, 100% cotton towels, robes, private Full Bathroom with massage shower and tub, hair dryer, and toiletry products. Room has a chair, desk, and storage for your things. Filtered water is waiting upon your arrival with beach towels. My home has air purified with HEPA filters. Breakfast: I provide coffee, tea, homemade granola or cereal, and banana with 1% milk or almond milk in the refrigerator. Free on Street Parking. >>READ SIGNS- Street Cleaning days are Monday (9-11) and Tuesday(12-2 or 2-4) for 2 hours so make sure not to park during the few hours marked on the street signs. NOTE: The Airbnb law in Santa Monica requires "Home-sharing" with the rule that the primary resident(s) will be present in the condo and on the property during the guests' stay. This home share may not be booked or rented by more than one group of one or two guests for any given date. See business license # listed. Your first floor room has a one private bedroom and bathroom. The host has the upstairs. Guests do not access upstairs. Guest access The front door is ten steps up from the sidewalk, after that no steps. The living room, patio and kitchen are common spaces shared with me. When you arrive I'll answer any questions you have. I live upstairs and use the downstairs shared spaces. Upstairs is off limits to my guests. During your stay Please let me know if there is anything you need or any suggestions or complaints so that I can solve needs during your stay. Don't be shy. I am a people person, friendly and respectful. When not busy, I enjoy getting to know my guests. Please don't feel obligated to hide from me. That being said I will not infringe on your privacy. Other things to note Directions: Please save the Directions to my home from your booking confirmation in case you have wifi or data issues when you arrive. Detailed instructions will be sent the day prior to your arrival in the Airbnb app. Have the Airbnb app on your phone. Cleaning: Room Cleaning occurs before your arrival and after you leave.
