This apartment, L'Ours Brun, is ideally located in the Festival district, close to the center of the resort, close to all shops, restaurants and ski schools and with direct access to the slopes. The space Rated 3 stars in furnished tourist accommodation, it is furnished and decorated in a Mountain Chalet style to offer you a warm and friendly setting during your holidays with family or friends. It is also quiet and bright due to its high floor and its southwest exposure with an unobstructed view of the mountains and the resort (see Les Ours d'Avoriaz website). You can enjoy the sunsets and even attend the shows or activities offered by the resort, such as the torchlight descent, from the apartment or the balcony! Rental 7 days minimum and from Saturday to Saturday only. The apartment has: - a closed entrance with closet - a bedroom with window and shutters, a double bed, a dresser and a TV - a closed mountain corner with single bunk beds and a closet - a separate bathroom and toilet - a furnished and equipped open kitchen (including washing machine) - a furnished dining area - a furnished sitting area equipped with a convertible corner sofa - a TV with DVD/Blu-Ray player and stereo system - DVD/Blu-Ray, books, comics and board games - free WiFi - a balcony with table, chairs, sleds and snow shovel - a private ski locker The rental includes: - end-of-stay cleaning - bed linen, towels and kitchen linen Guest access You can enjoy the entire accommodation as well as the balcony and private ski locker on the ground floor of the residence. Other things to note Please read the house rules before any rental request. We send our vacationers a seasonal rental contract (in French or English) indicating the rental conditions that must be returned to us initialed and signed under penalty of cancellation. The delivery and return of the keys is done at the Conciergerie located close to the parking lots.
