Our bright, friendly apartment with approx. 76 sqm of living space can accommodate 4 people. Additional person on request. Guests have their own access to the house as well as the separate staircase to the apartment on the first floor. The space Large bedroom with double bed 140 × 200 cm, baby bed if needed. Second bedroom with bunk bed for 2 people (each 90 × 200 cm). Living room with pullout sofa bed, TV with Internet (Netflix), reading corner. Kitchen including dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, toaster. Small bathroom with shower and toilet. Hand and bath towels are provided. Large terrace with garden furniture and two sun loungers, charcoal grill. Carport for cars. If necessary, a washing machine belonging to the apartment (€2 per wash) can be used. Our house is situated in a quiet residential street. Here you can relax and find peace! The town center with restaurants, café, bakery, pharmacy, supermarkets (Edeka/Aldi), drugstore and much more, can be reached in a few minutes on foot. We offer our guests a modern furnished apartment in the climatic health resort and Kneipp spa of Königsfeld in the Black Forest. A variety of leisure activities such as golf, tennis, mini-golf and a heated outdoor pool are available in the village. There are many possibilities for day trips - here is a small list: Triberg Waterfalls World's largest cuckoo clocks in Schonach and Gremmelsbach Vogtsbauernhöfe Gutach (Black Forest Open Air Museum) Europa-Park in Rust Rhine Falls Schaffhausen/Switzerland Strasbourg/France Lake Constance, Tittisee, Feldberg … Ideally suited for nature lovers, the property is in the immediate vicinity of the forest. Other things to note Königsfeld is a spa town, so in addition to the rental price, a spa tax per adult of 2.50 euros per night is charged. The total amount is to be paid to the landlord upon arrival. The guest card issued for this entitles you to discounts at excursion destinations throughout the Black Forest.
