This great value for money, spacious family Villa is situated over three floors, offering 4 bedrooms and set in private grounds. It is located in Rawai, South of Kata and north of Promthep Cape, A great little spot at the southern end of Phuket but within easy access of a great choice of local amenities. (Sleeps 8 People + 2 babies if in cots & 1 Adult on sofa bed) The space The stunning Nai Harn beach is only 5 minutes drive away. With great local amenities and restaurants close by to the the villa and a great selection of bars to choose from. Also only 15 minutes from the lively nightlife of Kata and Karon beach with Patong an easy 25 minutes away. There are also a number of beautiful beaches in the close vicinity such as Nai Harn & Ya Nui. Relax by the pool or sunbathe in the garden and unwind in privacy of this villa. There is a shaded sala area with table and chairs for relaxing and dining. There is also a gas BBQ for your use. The open plan living/dining area is comfortably furnished throughout with air conditioning. There is an entertainment system with satellite 40” Plasma TV with surround sound & DVD. The Villa has FREE WIFI throughout. There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven and microwave and all items for the kitchen are supplied for your use. There is a large teak dining table and chairs that seats a minimum of 10 People. There is also a downstairs Toilet. There are three bedrooms in the main villa all with air conditioning, two en-suite, the first is a double bedroom with king size bed and also a sofabed and flat screen TV & DVD Player. The second bedroom offers two twin beds and is fully air conditioned. The master occupies the whole top floor and has its own private balcony overlooking the pool. It also comes with a flat screen TV, Satellite television and a DVD player. There is a balcony on the first floor which the other two bedrooms share. The fourth bedroom is in a seperate poolside studio with full en suite facility including a shower and is fully air conditioned. There is a flat screen 32” LCD TV and DVD player with cable TV package. It has its own access from the garden and can be accessed without disturbing the main party staying in the villa. All of the bedrooms have safety deposit boxes. Other things to note Electricity is additional taken on a meter reading on arrival and departure and charged at local rate of 5THB per unit. You are only charged for what you use!
