The second bathroom has a tub/shower. The unit also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. The double french doors lead to the open patio which has mountain views and an electric grill. Screens have been installed if you would like to keep the doors open in the spring time to listen to the birds. All rooms have hard surface flooring, with the exception of the guest room. High-speed internet is also provided, brand new furnace/ac unit, and entry to the unit is keyless (you receive a personalized code). Amenities at Canyon View are resort style and include two swimming pools (open and heated in the winter months), two spas, a fitness center, a lighted tennis court, and gated access to the Ventana Canyon trail. There are also gas grills available in a common area.
