VT/1537 The space The modern detached single family house Bel Design is located in the quiet residential district of Porto Cristo. This port is the house of some of the inhabitants of Manacor, which makes that most of the population of Porto Cristo is Majorcan. You will find the beach of Porto Cristo at just 500m, and the virgin sandy bay of Cala Petita is just 20 min on foot or by bike. In the house you will also find 2 free-to-use bikes with locks during your stay. Nearby the district you will find restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and other services at your disposal. On the ground floor you will find a wide dining-room, sitting-room and kitchen with access to the swimming-pool, as well as a bathroom, laundry, garage, pantry and barbecue area. To access the first floor you will find a modern staircase from which you will see the whole dining-room. The opening of all of the rooms gives the house much natural light, making you feel connected to the exterior all the time. The first floor disposes of two double bedrooms and a bathroom. The house has a capacity of 4 adults + 2 children, as it has an extra sofa bed for two people. The private swimming-pool of 14x 3m and a depth of 1.80m make it really suit for swimmers. The pool area is also surrounded by a wooden floor of 150 sq m, which gives warmth and modernity to the terrace area. What makes the house more special is the combination of natural materials (iron, stone, glass and steel) all of them used by the owner to make all the sculptures you can find in the house. Its owner, a master craftsman, stands out for the originality of his pieces of art. If you wish, you can acquire any of the pieces in the house, from pictures to sculptures. Furthermore, the originality of the furniture, pictures and rooms will make you feel in a unique home.
