Description

This updated 14th floor executive sub-penthouse condo features a queen bed in the main bedroom and a double in the smaller second bedroom. The kitchen is a chef's delight with new top-of-the-line appliances, both large and small. Enjoy both ocean and mountain views from the 12-foot floor to ceiling windows, or the warm summer breezes from your private 450 square foot wrap around balcony. The unit includes in suite washer/dryer, high speed internet and two smart TVs with cable packages. Guest access You will receive important check-in information from the host upon making the reservation. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally, the host may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed. Other things to note PARKING for one vehicle is INCLUDED in the rent in the building's secure underground garage. PARKING GARAGE CLEARANCE (including roof rack) is 7 feet (84"). MAX LENGTH (including bike carrier) is 16 feet (192"). MAX WIDTH is 8 feet (96"). If you have a large vehicle, please ensure that your vehicle will fit the dimension restrictions. The layout of this unit makes it practically two ensuites. The second bathroom is but a step away from the bedroom and located at opposite end of condo from the master. CHECK-IN: You will receive the important check-in information email and text message with the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival. Check-in is as from 4pm P.S.T. Occasionally we may be able to accommodate an early check-in request but this is not guaranteed. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 11am P.S.T. Upon check-out and to assist our cleaners, guests are kindly asked if they would put the towels in the washer and turn on, to put the dishes in the dishwasher and turn on, to remove all purchased food items from the refrigerator and to dispose of the garbage and recycling from the unit. All properties are NON SMOKING. City and Strata bylaws dictate that there is no smoking of any kind inside, outside, on balconies or even within 7 metres (23 feet) of all buildings. Fines are enforced and will be $250 for each instance. MINIMUM AGE to rent is 25. NO Pets allowed. This suite has a portable 1400 BTU air conditioning unit in the living room, as well as a unit in each bedroom, to help with our high temperature days. There is a bike rack at the back of the parking stall that can hold 2 bikes. Be sure to bring your own cable and lock. Please let Victoria Prime know if you are bringing bikes. Every building has a zero tolerance for bikes in the lobbies or elevators, fines will be issued for such. VP cannot guarantee that building amenities will be functional, sometimes they are down for service and this is out of our control. There is no wifi in the common areas of buildings. No furniture is ever to be added or removed without written approval and assistance by VP. Minimum of 30 nights required. Victoria is the busy, vibrant and growing capital of British Columbia. Just as in many cities in BC, Canada and likely other countries in the world, we are experiencing a shortage of housing. In dealing with this situation there are several new buildings being constructed in the downtown core, and elsewhere. We recognize that there could be some daytime noise but are confident that it will not interfere with your time in beautiful Victoria.
