Plenty of parking or rear garden play area for bikes or scooters with large rear gate to keep the dog in. Wifi & Netflix, big TV, DVD & video. The space Brick and tile 2 or 3 bedroom family friendly cosy house with the best ocean front sea views. This is the perfect property for you and your dog/s and children or elderly parents as entry is directly off the carpark at the rear. Tiled throughout the house for easy care and comfortably furnished for a relaxed stay with the family. Beach views from the main bedroom, family room and lounge room. Fabulous ocean views with the sound of the ocean to sleep by. Reverse cycle air conditioning in family room, oil heater and wood burning heater in the lounge. Full kitchen with wall oven and bench top 4 burner electric cooker. Full refrigerator and huge pantry with plenty of crockery and cutlery for the whole family. Very large rear court yard with plenty of parking for 3 or 4 vehicles and an iron gate. Gas BBQ and outdoor eating area, plenty of room for the dog/s (2max) or children to play. There is a Veggie patch with organic produce that is shared with the owner on the back block, you are renting the front block but have full access. Non smoking or vaping inside the house but permitted outside. 3rd bedroom is accessed off the rear patio and has it's own entry. House can be rented as a 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom property. This bedroom suits adult children or another couple or family with 1 double bunk & 1 queen bed. It is set up with fresh sheets, light quilts & quilt covers. The Beach is right in front of you and only 2 minutes to the Mandurah Country Club for golf or TODS Cafe Halls Head which is licensed. A 4 minutes drive to Halls Head Centro Shopping Centre Halls Head with 68 specialty shops or into the Village Centre across the Bridge into town. Beach immediately in front for swimming, walking, snorkelling, body boarding, kite surfing etc. Blue Bay to your North, Seascapes south. Fantastic sunsets across the ocean. We accept short term stays to longer stays up to 7 months. Cheaper rates for longer stays. Space: Main bedroom has 1 Queen bed with a small ensuite - toilet, hand basin and shower. Ceiling fan. Sliding doors onto the front verandah and beautiful ocean views. You can sit in bed and see the ocean. 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed with 2 singles. All rooms have draws and wardrobes. (Max 4) 3rd bedroom has 2 single bunk beds with 1 queen bed, side tables, wardrobe & ceiling fan. Access off the rear courtyard. (max 4) Family room is open plan with the kitchen, kitchen table, 6 chairs, Wall fixed TV, DVD player, Internet, 2 couches, coffee table & ceiling fan & ocean views. Sliding door onto the front verandah. Kitchen has 2 door upright refrigerator, wall oven, double sink, coffee machine, 4 burner electric hot plate, microwave/air fryer & very large pantry. Lounge & Dining room off kitchen has table & 6 chairs, a 2 seater couch & 3 chairs, coffee table, ceiling fans, pot belly wood burning fire & a TV that is set up for computer connection or DVD operation. Ocean views and Front door onto front verandah. Front lawn has outdoor table & chairs, garden lounges (2) & an outdoor hot water shower. Perfect for children and small to medium dogs. We do not accept all dogs and the fence/gate is only waist high. We do allow dogs inside but definitely not on the furniture. Bring their beds, bowls, towels, leads and please ensure your pooch has been groomed, washed & flea treated. If you have your dog inside, please bring couch covers as dogs will rub against furniture. No dogs allowed in bedrooms & definitely NOT on beds. The beach infront is dog friendly and socialised friendly dogs are permitted to run free to the south. Blue Bay is no dogs or fishing permitted. You will receive a heavy fine from the ranger, however you can walk through Blue Bay with your dog on a secure tight leash if you are walking north to TODS CAFE, although during school holidays, you are safer on the walking path above. All crockery, cutlery, linen & 1 bath towel per guest provided. 2 tea towels & bathmats. Starter pack includes detergent, kitchen sponge, pot scraper, 1 bin liner, bath soap, liquid hand soap, 2 toilet rolls. Guest access Whole of house and front garden with large rear court yard, parking & outdoor eating area plus a wooden deck with seating. Rear garden (block) is owned separately however you have full access for dog/s. Be aware, this is a bush block with 2 large veggie beds with olive & native trees. giving you lots of privacy at the rear. Other things to note We live next door to this property so we are available to met you on arrival and check you in. There is outdoor surveillance on the property.
