Our Holiday House F in detail: You can expect an independent row end house with 52m² of pure living space with private front door, private terrace, small garden, and private 28 m² roof terrace. Built in 2015 with high quality materials in modern design. Holiday House F is one of 6 terraced houses, but an end house with a larger garden. The quiet location on the outskirts of a small fishing village and thus the unobstructed and spectacular view of the sea and the mountains characterize the house. On both floors, the sea side is glazed to the ground. You can enjoy the view even from the back bedroom through a glass wall. Parking: You park right at your doorstep on the property under a sunscreen. Chill: You can enjoy the incomparable location both on the terrace, the small garden or on the spacious roof terrace. Even on one of the rare rainy days, you can use the spectacular views directly from the sofa through the large glass front. Very often our guests stay in the terrace all day and actually only go down to the sea for swimming, as they prefer to lie in the terrace in infinite peace and quiet. Connections: The house is about 90m from the rocky beach and about 300m from the pebble beach. On both, crystal clear, azurfing water invites you to bathe. The town center is about a 7-minute walk away and offers everything you need. Restaurants, coffees, ice cream parlor, ATM, supermarket, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, etc. Sleeping: The first floor is divided by a glass wall (with full curtain) with glass door. Behind the glass wall is the tastefully furnished bedroom with cozy double bed, shelf and spacious laundry closet with built-in safe. In front of the glass wall you will find a sofa, which is transformed into another double bed in a few steps. Here is also the balcony door and the staircase on the roof terrace. On the ground floor is another sofa, which also becomes a double bed in just a few steps. Living/eating: The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Any dishes, silverware, pots, pans, extractor hood, ceramic hob, oven with microwave, coffee maker, fridge with icebox, etc., are available. The food prepared there is the best place to enjoy the beautiful dining room table with a direct view of the sea and the mountains through the glass front. In the back living area of the ground floor, chill on the sofa overlooking the sea, TV, or book. Bathrooms: On both floors there is a nice bathroom, with tasteful tiles to the floor, a spacious shower and a toilet. Outdoor area/terrace: The terrace in the small garden awaits you with beautiful natural stone floor and breathtaking, infinite views of the sea and the mountains. Here you can either chill on the loungers or enjoy your coffee at the table with 4 chairs or eat with the family. The rooftop makes it even more spectacular. Your terraced house has a full roof terrace with 2 sun loungers and an even more spectacular view of the endless expanse. The starry sky is very special at night, with no disturbing light sources as we know it from home. You will be surprised how much more stars will be seen. In front of your own front door, you will have a small rain-protected wind trap in which you can store your bathroom toys, for example. Barbecue: In front of the house there is a large brick charcoal grill, which you can use at any time. Grill cutlery is available. Right next to it you will find a seating set under vines where you can eat your grill specialties directly. Of course, you can also take them to your terrace. Leisure fun: This is an endlessly long list. Swimming and snorkeling in the sea, which is just about 90 m from your terrace, a normal stand-up paddle and a huge stand-up paddle (for up to 6 people) to borrow promise immediate fun.
