This large and spacious house in a small seaside village is a 5-minute walk to the beach and offers everything you need for a family vacation. It accommodates up to 8 people, and can accommodate 2 families traveling together. There are 2 large dining spaces, one inside, in the beautiful dining room and another in the outdoor patio. Parents will appreciate the proximity of the seafront, great for a run or walk along the wooden walkway that runs 25 km along the Costa Verde. The space This space, carefully decorated in a style that is at the same time traditional, colorful and cozy, is full of small design details to discover - from the ceramic plates on the wall to a display case of small objects and antique toys. Full of fun spaces, kids and parents will love the punching bags and the pool and ping-pong table. The walls of the master bedroom are covered with maps and reflect the host's love of travel. There are a multitude of houseplants and traditional Portuguese designer rugs. The outdoor patio, quite sheltered and safe, is the ideal place for outdoor dining or relaxing in the hammock. It has several sun loungers and a shower/hose that is a lot of fun for kids to play water games on hot summer days. This family home has 3 levels of floors, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with stairs between them. The fully equipped kitchen in an open plan for a dining area has a table that seats 8 people. Sliding doors open onto a patio with another table and chairs, an umbrella, charcoal barbecue and planters with plants. In the attic, there is a living room with a fireplace and a pool table. On the 1st floor are located the 3 bedrooms: 1 master bedroom with queen-size bed and private bathroom, a second bedroom with queen-size bed and a third children's bedroom with 2 single beds and a crib. On the same floor as the bedrooms, there is another full bathroom to support the remaining bedrooms. In the attic, there are 2 single beds, which can be converted into a sofa when the attic is used as a living room. The house is equipped with a crib, high chair, baby bath, lots of toys, children's books and a small secret room to discover and explore under the stairs, which will delight the little ones.
