The vacation home is at the end of a cul-de-sac within a residential area on the outskirts of Osteel. An approximately 1500 m² garden plot with lawn surrounds the house (fenced). Terrace with furniture, sun loungers, charcoal grill, garage for motorcycles, additional parking spaces in the collective parking lot by the house. Other things to note Friendly-bright decor. Tiles - laminate floors, satellite TV - smart TV (e.g. Netflix), Internet (Wi-Fi), stereo system, washing machine, dryer, gas central heating. Note: Smoking is not allowed in the house. Animals are welcome by arrangement. 4-room house, approx. 100 m². Hallway. Large living room with seating area, pellet stove and dining area. Kitchen (4 stovetops, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, toaster), terrace exit. 3 double bedrooms, bathroom with walk-in shower, two separate WCs A highchair & baby crib is also provided. If you still need two guest beds, we have those too :-). The towns of Greetsiel and Norddeich are quickly reached by us, both just under 15 minutes. Travel time by car. From now on, the wallbox is free of charge for our guests thanks to the photovoltaic system with storage (thanks to Zolar and Voltaik Check GbR).
