Our ground floor self-contained furnished space/ suite has a cosy Bdrm with a queen bed and great closet space; an Office looking out onto the garden (with desk and couch); a full Kitchen and eating area and a Bathroom w/ shower. This is for one-person only, suitable for a quiet student/ visitor - January 12-April 8, 2026. The space Very comfortable and walking access to Camosun and UVic, parks, stores, beaches, tennis courts and playground and bus routes. The suite's rooms are on the ground floor and self-contained. Guest access Full access to own mini-kitchen/ dining area and bathroom. Private access from the driveway. Shared laundry room and bike storage.
