The space Welcome to Deep Blue Apartment 13, a two-storey sanctuary of coastal charm and comfort. With uninterrupted views over Moreton Bay and all the way to Brisbane, this spacious retreat is designed for relaxation and connection. Upstairs, you'll find two beautifully appointed bedrooms: a king room with direct access to the balcony, and a second bedroom with two single beds. A cozy bunk nook with single bunks adds extra sleeping space, perfect for kids or extra guests. The apartment features 2.5 modern bathrooms (the ensuite includes a bath), a full kitchen with sleek stainless steel appliances and an Expressi (ALDI) coffee machine (we provide 4 - 6 pods to get you started), and an open-plan living and dining area that flows effortlessly onto the balcony. Here, you can enjoy alfresco meals with a built-in BBQ and outdoor dining setting, all while soaking in the sea breeze and panoramic views. Whether you're watching dolphins near the jetty, enjoying sunset drinks on the balcony, or simply unwinding in the spacious interiors, Deep Blue Apartment 13 offers a tranquil escape where the ocean is always in sight. Guest access As part of Tangalooma Resort, guests have full access to resort facilities included in your stay, enjoy restaurants, bars, swimming pools, and a coffee shop. You can also book tours and activities directly through the resort. Dolphin feeding IS NOT available for guests of privately owned apartments, however you’re welcome to watch the magical experience each evening from your balcony or the jetty. Bringing a 4WD? Explore the incredible Moreton Island National Park at your own pace! Other things to note Travel to Moreton Island is via: Tangalooma Ferry (walk-on passengers only): Luggage is delivered to a drop-off point near the apartment. MICAT Ferry (passenger + 4WD): Arrives at The Wrecks, approx. 2km from Tangalooma. If bringing a vehicle, bookings must be made in advance via the Moreton Island Adventures website. Important: There is no taxi service from MICAT to the resort. If you're not bringing a vehicle, we recommend using the Tangalooma Ferry. Please Note: DOLPHIN FEEDING PACKAGES ARE NOT AVAILABLE WITH THIS PROPERTY. You can watch the feeding from the jetty each evening. A starter pack of basic items is provided. As this is a self-catering property, please bring food, kitchen supplies, and toiletries based on your needs. Some items may be available at the resort shop, but stock is limited and prices can be high. The free wi-fi provided by Tangalooma is limited and may not be reliable. If you want strong wi-fi for streaming music or movies, or for web browsing, we recommend considering bringing a portable wi-fi hotspot with you. Mobile reception on Moreton Island is limited, with some areas having no coverage at all. Whilst reception at the Resort is generally good, if you plan to explore the island, we strongly recommend downloading maps or any online resources in advance. No Schoolies accepted.
