Take in the panoramic views from the bach which stretch from Farewell Spit to Separation Point Our bach has comfortable beds, smart tv, a Bluetooth speaker and a great selection of DVDs, games and books and there’s a well equipped kitchen with a new oven and induction cooktop. The space Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday house is right on the beach at beautiful Patons Rock. Absolute Beachfront is a simple bach at heart, it is not a show home. We have tried to stay true to the era and feeling of the bach without compromising comfort and convenience. The extensive open plan living area and deck along the front of this classic beachside home offer you a panoramic view from Farewell Spit to Separation Point. **We have 2 sit on kayaks and 2 stand up paddleboards (SUP) which guests are welcome to use** **There is free unlimited wifi** There are three good sized bedrooms with comfortable beds, one king with an ensuite bathroom, one queen and a 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and two single beds. The king and queen bedrooms have beautiful sea views. There are two bathrooms which include a shower room, separate toilet and the ensuite. The large open plan living area and deck allows for entertaining and accommodating family and friends. We have a great selection of books, games and DVDs for those rainy days or quiet evenings. Good quality outdoor furniture and an upmarket BBQ cater for outdoor entertaining or just relax and watch the world go by. The polished timber floors in the living area are a lovely feature, along with the log burner fire and bifold doors to the large deck. There is a fully equipped kitchen with good quality china, cutlery and utensils, Nespresso machine (bring your own coffee pods). There is a microwave, dishwasher and we have recently put in a new F and P oven and induction hob. This house is beautiful in all seasons with the everchanging vistas. You will always be warm enough with the comfort and ambience of a wood burner or you may prefer the convenience of the heat pump. We provide sheets, pillowcases, duvets and covers, mattress protectors, pillows, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, dishcloths and tea towels. There is tea, coffee, sugar, spices and cooking oil.
