Villa Le Creyssac – The luxury of authenticity

A hidden paradise to come together. At the end of the path hidden under the trees is nestled a small paradise in the heart of the Périgord-Limousin Natural Park. A beautiful stone villa in a large green park, and an infinity pool overlook a beautiful landscape. The spacious villa accommodates 16 people comfortably and offers many opportunities to meet with family or friends while respecting each other's privacy. A quiet place, very well equipped, 10 km from Brantôme. The space The house is laid out from East to West and is completely open to beautiful gardens and terraces. The east wing consists of a large entrance with a small reading lounge, serving a toilet with a washing machine as well as a double bedroom with a shower room and outdoor access. A staircase leads to 3 bedrooms upstairs (2 double bedrooms and a small bedroom with 2 single bunk beds) with a bathroom and toilet in each bedroom. The entrance also leads to a large living room with a large fireplace and a large, very well-equipped dining kitchen overlooking the terrace. From the large living room you can access the kitchen of the west wing (very well equipped too), a separate toilet, a small living room with its large fireplace and a double bedroom with outdoor access and its bathroom containing a washing machine. Upstairs of the West Wing, on the landing, there is a separate toilet and a bathroom, a double bedroom with 1 single bed, 1 suite of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed and a sofa bed that converts into a double bed. The West Wing also has its own private entrance. The property is located on a plot of approximately 60,000 m2. Terraces surround the house and are comfortably furnished with garden furniture, modular dining area according to your wishes. All around, you will find sun loungers, benches, hammocks scattered throughout the park and that you can arrange at your convenience in the shade of the trees or in the sun. The pool: It is overflowing, heated only on request and of a very nice size 5 x 15 m. With a stone terrace and a large lawn to bask on with a beautiful and soothing view. A roller shutter can close the pool in the evening to save the heat of the water and for the safety of the little ones. Tower or partybox speakers are prohibited. Only portable, rechargeable speakers smaller than 30 cm and reaching a maximum sound level of 80dB are tolerated. The use of glass objects is strictly prohibited in the gardens, pool and terrace. Plastic glasses are available in the villa.
