Built in 2018, this modern complex comprises of 12 apartments and a standalone chalet. Each apartment has its own private ski locker. There are free parking slots and a storage room. All of our beds can be set up either as a double (King size) or twin beds. Towels and sheets are included. The complex also offers a wellness area with a gym, a sauna and a hammam (extra cost). Finally, bikers will appreciate the fully-secured indoor bike storage space. The space If you're looking for a spacious and modern home, then this apartment is for you. Ayan’s 108sqm offer 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is ideal for a group of 6 and with its extra bunk bed, it can accommodate 7 adults comfortably. By the way, Ayan is a type of tree in Africa but it also means “the lucky one” in Somalia and you would be definitely lucky to stay in this lovely home. And the view. Let’s not forget the view! The home truths No home is perfect and in all honesty, here are the lowdowns of this place : - The wellness area is open daily from 10 am until 7:45 pm, and accessible at an extra cost of 10€ per group per day. Guest access This home of 108sqm offers a south facing balcony in a very modern building. The common areas offer: A wellness area of 140sqm with a sauna, a hammam, and a gym open from 10 am to 7:45 pm (at an extra cost of 10€ per day/per group) A storage room for luggages and bikes (at an extra cost) Individual ski lockers with boot heaters No daily cleaning is included. Free laundry service available on demand The parking spots are quite small, nevertheless a Range Rover would still fit if you’re a good pilot! The property is located 10 minutes by walk from the city center and the ski lits.
