Ideal vacation house with 4 bedrooms all with balconies, large living room with fire place, dinning room and kitchen with all amenities . Beautiful olive tree garden around the house ends to sand beach. Amazing view to the sea and Diaporos island. The house is suggested for all seasons! The space The house has 4 en-suit bedrooms -2 in each floor- with walking shower and each bedroom has its own private balcony with view over the garden-forest and the sea. All floors are served by elevator. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, dining area and a large kitchen. All rooms are washed with natural daylight with big bay windows with sea view. Apart from the in-house dining area you will find marvellous big dining area outside the kitchen overlooking the garden and the sea. Any time of the day you can enjoy the garden either by having your coffee or a drink underneath an olive tree or by relaxing on our almost private sand beach by the sea. Guest access Access in all house except 3 cupboards with linen, and some shelves in the warehouse. Other things to note This price is inclusive of the use of 4 bedrooms, cleaning every 4days, towels, beach towels, bed linings (which will be replanist every 3-4 days), water, electricity and internet (wifi). While you are staying at our house you will also benefit from Nespresso machine, filter cool water and any cutleries and kitchen facilities. Kitchen includes stove, microwave, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, and washing machine, filter coffee machine , toaster , kettle. If you need extra cleaning it will be at a cost of 30€/hour. The tap water is not drinkable, we will provide 19l bottles spring water for the cooler for your use . The house is suggested for max 8 adults and 3 kids .
