The accommodation The villa, recently renovated, is on several levels, divided into two areas that can be independent if necessary. Both units are equipped with every comfort: the terracotta floors, exposed beams, xx stones and Vietri majolica tiles, the arches and the attention to detail give the interior a warm feeling of welcome On the first floor, there is a large living room with a stone fireplace, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a large sunken tub. A few steps lead to a spacious kitchen-dining room, which opens onto the outdoor pool. On the mezzanine floor, there are two large double bedrooms, both with a terrace where you can have breakfast while admiring the surrounding greenery and the sea in the distance. Both rooms are served by a bathroom entirely in terracotta with a stone shower. The second area of the house, on the upper floor, is characterized by large arched windows overlooking the valley, a living room with a terrace and air conditioning, two bedrooms, one double with air conditioning and the other single, a kitchen/dining room entirely covered with Vietri majolica and a dining area with a fireplace. Overall, the villa can accommodate up to 10. Outside, the garden is surrounded by tall trees, flower beds and a lawn area. The pool shared by the guests is equipped with a large panoramic sun terrace. Private outdoor parking is available for guests.
