Location This beautiful cottage is located in a quiet residential area in the west of the Nordstrand peninsula, just a few meters away from the dyke with an outstanding view directly over wide paddocks and fields. The nearest shops can be found in about 4 km distance. Various restaurants are available in the immediate vicinity of the property. A swimming spot is located directly on the dyke of the spa area. The indoor swimming pool (with sauna) can also be reached on foot in a few minutes. With the eagle ships you can take trips to the Islands and Halligen from Strucklahnungshörn (1km). The beautiful town of Husum with the idyllic harbor and shopping mile is about 22 km away. The amenities The spacious cottage can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor you will find the large, light-flooded living area with cozy sitting area, flat-screen TV (satellite), DVD and radio/CD. Here you can make yourself comfortable on the large sofa. A highlight of the house is the large conservatory, which also wonderfully heats up by the sun even in the colder season. Enjoy the view over the fields to the dyke and the harbor Strucklahnungshörn. The enclosed kitchen is very well equipped: ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and a filter coffee machine (filter size 4). The adjacent dining area invites you to social meals or game rounds. Also on the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed 180 × 200 and one with a bunk bed. The full bathroom with shower, toilet and bathtub is supplemented with a washing machine. A staircase leads to the upper floor with a spacious, bright bedroom (double bed 180 x 200) and a small sitting area with TV. The modern shower bathroom completes the picture. From the conservatory you can access the terrace and the pretty garden. Here you can soak up the sun on comfortable garden chairs or end the day while grilling. Features In the fenced garden, your four-legged friend can let off steam. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. You can park your car comfortably right in front of the house. An initial set of linens and towels is mandatory for this property and is already included in the final price. Additional laundry packages can be added in the optional services.
