It has a huge swimming pool for adults and another for children and is close to the beach and all the nightlife of Oura. Distance to the beach: 600 meters from the "Alemêes" beach (continuation of Albufeira beach) The apartment has two double bedrooms (one ensuite) and 1 double bedroom, a spacious living room together with a dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a balcony. A/C is in the bedrooms and the living/dining room, so you can enjoy winter or summer time as you like best. The apartment has two bathrooms (one suite) The apartment is within a small resort with a few Villas sharing a common pool. The Pool The pool area has a very large adult swimming pool and circle like childrenÂ's pool. The resort is full of green areas where children can play without being harassed by strangers or cars. The pool location inside the condo The image shown may be a bit confusing, as the apartment does not have a direct view of the pool, but is behind the villas you viewed in the main image. The pool area is spectacular, with a huge pool and grass area with straw umbrellas. To access the pool, go down to the basement, exit the garage door, walk about 100m to the gated area, the green area and the pool will be there. Beaches near by There are 3 beaches nearby: Aveiros, Alemão and Praia da Oura Alemão is a large beach on the left, walkable in 500m distance, the Aveiros and Oura is to the right about 900 metres Guest access Swimming Pool, Garden, Interior Parking slot, exterior parking slot, private condominium Other things to note EXTRA COST for City Tax / Tourist tax. 1. Payment of 2 euros/night is required for guests over 12 years old, during the high season of April and October 31st. Additional payment made through an external platform of the city hall- Example: 2 adults 7 nights, additional payment of 28 Euros links for payment sent 10 days before arrival. Why not included?
