VILLA LIMONE APT is located near the center of Argegno in a century-old mansion, one of the most well-known and iconic villages on the Lake, active year-round. It consists of: large open space living with kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 2 bathrooms, large balcony overlooking the lake and garden. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV and heating. The space VILLA LIMONE APT is located inside a completely renovated and finely furnished historic mansion. It is spread over two levels: upon entering we are greeted by a large and bright open space with exposed beams in which there is a living room with TV area, sofa and two armchairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove top, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and American coffee maker. From the kitchen, the windows opens into a large balcony furnished with table and chairs with magnificent lake view. On the same floor we find a bathroom with bathtub. Down the stairs there is the sleeping area consisting of a double bedroom with access to the garden, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with Wi-Fi. The apartment does not have air conditioning but fans will be available to guests. Guest access The apartment does not have a private parking space. Free public parking spaces are available 200 to 500 meters away. VILLA LIMONE can only be reached on foot by walking down a short stretch of road. The entrance is on the second floor of an old historic mansion. The apartment is internally arranged on two floors. Other things to note Please be advised that although the apartment is not on the main road, slight car noises may be heard during the night. Therefore, we do not recommend staying in the apartment for people with light or sensitive sleepers. All guests are required to pay a tourist tax of €3.00 per night, per person. In the winter period, heating is an additional cost to be paid separately: €10.00 / day. It is forbidden not to sort waste as instructed, otherwise a penalty of €60.00 will be charged.
