Our spacious 1,280 sq. ft., two-story condo features 3 bedrooms, making it ideal for families and friends to unwind amidst the stunning Canadian Rockies. The space On the property you can enjoy a common BBQ area with shared outdoor hot tub, pool table, fitness room and numerous hiking trails behind the resort. Inside the condo enjoy these spaces: **BEDROOMS** This condo features two large bedrooms upstairs each with a comfortable king-sized bed and beautiful mountain view. Downstairs there is a third bedroom with a double bed that has a twin size trundle bed that can be pulled out. Bedroom 1: King bed, mountain view, smart TV with cable Bedroom 2: King bed, mountain view, cable TV, desk with adjustable chair Bedroom 3: Double bed with twin trundle that can be pulled out (no view) Living room: Sofa bed. **BATHROOMS** There are two bathrooms upstairs both with a bathtub/shower combo. Soap, towels, shampoo and conditioner are provided. **LIVINGROOM AND KITCHEN** The kitchen is open concept modern style, and well stocked with everything you need to make your favorite meals. An island with bar-style seating for 3 and a dining table with seating for 8. The living room has an oversized sofa which can seat 4 people and two arm chairs. Enjoy TV and movies on the new 65 inch 4KUHD smart TV. **PARKING** One free parking pass is provided. All parking is first come first serve. Guests can park in the heated underground garage or on the street. Additional parking can be purchased for $16.10/day. **OUTSIDE SPACE** Enjoy the morning sunrise or afternoon drinks on your private patio looking up at the mountains **BABY ITEMS** A highchair, mini crib and pack and play are available for small children. Guest access A car is required to get around the area. Deadman’s flats is a tiny community in the forest. Copperstone Resort has free first come first serve heated underground parking and overflow surface parking. The property has a shared hot tub, pool table, BQQ, underground parking, fire pit, gym, ski tuning table all of which you will have access to! Other things to note Both bathrooms and 2/3 of bedrooms are upstairs. Layout does no work well for those with mobility issues. One free parking pass is provided. Additional parking can be purchased or there is limited free parking on the street.
