86 m² "Comfortable living in the Ruhr Valley" with sauna

Our 86 m² apartment, which has been lovingly renovated since March 2020, is located on the first floor/basement of our own home, which we live in on the 2nd and 3rd floors. You will find a large and bright apartment with many amenities, where you will feel a lot of space and freedom as soon as you enter. The space The apartment has its own entrance (through a common hallway) and you have it all to yourself. As soon as you enter the large and spacious hall, you feel a vastness that continues in all rooms. The bathroom is decorated in bright feel-good colors with a hanging toilet, countertop sink and walk-in rain shower and promises a wonderfully relaxed shower pleasure. In the adjacent bright living/dining area with 2nd sleeping option on the sofa bed (140 × 190), you have a beautiful view of the small south-facing terrace and our garden. The large passage to the kitchen complements the feeling of freedom and space. Go down the open stairs to the large bedroom in the basement with a box-spring bed and en-suite bathroom. Here you will be warmed by underfloor heating and the rain shower, which is also accessible here, will prepare you for a relaxed and restful night and a good start to the day in the morning. In the living/dining room there is satellite TV, Amazon Prime, Netflix, PS4 game console as well as free LAN and Wi-Fi. All windows can be completely darkened with electronic shutters. And on your beautiful little private terrace you can chill out and prepare delicious delicacies on a Weber grill. Thanks to a private parking space right in front of the apartment, you have neither parking worries nor long walks. Guest access Completely self-contained apartment for your own use.
