SS6C-3 Unbelievable Ocean Front Condo with Breathtaking Views The space Welcome to SurfsideSix! This north end unit is directly on wide, white, sandy St. Augustine Beach. It is located in a peaceful part of St. Augustine Beach where cars are not permitted to drive on the beach. Stunning ocean views from every room. Fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the surf. Inside you will find a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo with a townhouse layout. The main floor of the unit is on the second floor of the building. Here you will find the beautiful kitchen with granite countertops. The dining area and living room are open to the kitchen. The half bath is located on this floor. There is a small balcony off of the living area overlooking the ocean and beach. Both bedrooms and full bathrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom features a king size bed with a private small balcony overlooking the ocean and beach. The master bath has a bathtub/shower and a large walk in closet/dressing area. The second bedroom features a queen bed and an ocean view to the north. The second full bath features a shower and a vanity with a granite top. Surfside Six is a small, friendly complex centrally located and is an easy walk to many restaurants and the pier The unit will be equipped, just like a personal home. There are linens plus spares provided in each bedroom, towels (bath and beach), dishes, bake ware, etc. in each kitchen for easy meal prep. There are 2-3 beach chairs and several beach toys provided (we do not provide umbrellas as they are a safety hazard). There are several groceries stores within a half a mile, however we do start you off with a starter pack of cleaning and paper goods: * 1 Toiletry Bag per bathroom (travel size with shampoo, conditioner and lotion) * 2 Toilet Paper Rolls per bathroom * 1 Paper Towel Roll * 1 Bottle of Dish Soap * 1 Bottle of Hand Soap per bathroom * Dishwasher tabs * Laundry Soap * Several Kitchen Trash Bags * New Sponge * General Purpose cleaning spray or wipes Really all you have to bring is your personal toothbrush, your clothes and start enjoying yourself and relax. During the Nights of Lights, the 144-square-block historic district twinkles with two million bulbs (each white, per city ordinance). Mid-November thru the end of January. Downtown Historic St Augustine is about five miles. There are golf courses and the St Augustine Amphitheatre within three miles and St Johns County Ocean Pier and Anastasia Park are about a mile away.
