Guests have access to private bedroom, private bathroom, and kitchenette. Desk in bedroom. Hair dryer in drawer in bathroom. The second bed is a couch in main room. Bedding & linens in closets. Hot tub next to parking space is available for guest use. Baseboard heating or wall heater in each room. Water boiler for coffee/tea, mini fridge, microwave and toaster. If other amenities are desired, please ask. The yard/garden is available to access. I hope our guests enjoy the area as much as we do! Unique "country"-esk setting. Our neighbors have chickens. There is an apartment complex on the same street as well has some new homes. Bates Ave is usually not busy but definitely stay on your side of the road through the "S"-curves. Uphill dirt driveway can get slippery with snow and ice in the winter. Bus stop on 19th. 1/2 mile from the Loop Trail. Stoplight at 19th means its relatively easy to make a left onto Highway 28/Sunset Highway. We share a driveway with Octavio & Rubi and their 4 kids. Their brown house is closest to the road (2009) & our white house (2017) is farther up the driveway behind it. If you see people outside, please wave on your drive by.
