Two spacious queen bedrooms + fully stocked kitchen in a private apartment attached to our house yet a completely separate space. Take a stroll through the yard, gardens, and visit with the chickens, peacocks, animals... We are located by White Tanks National Park, with hiking, horseback riding, or camping! West Gate/Verrado/Restaurants/Groceries nearby! #ladybanksinn The space Two spacious guest rooms, a full kitchen, and your own private bathroom are all included in an attached private suite. Totally separate entrance. We live on the property as well, but you are welcome to enjoy the space and yard as well. Currently, Parties and Events are NOT allowed! Laundry room is in a shared space. Guest access Guests have their own private entrance to the suites with a digital keypad, and may access the gardens and yard. Parking is right in the driveway with space for moving trucks, or other trailers. Street parking is also available on a fairly quiet street. Other things to note We are currently taking cleaning to the next level! AirBnb has provided us a "COVID-19 Checklist" to follow. It makes sure we clean all surfaces, linens, door knobs, light switches, etc etc... so that you can relax as much as possible! The suite has two floors. The first floor has a kitchen and one guest room with a queen bed. The bathroom and the second queen guest room are located on the second floor. The stairs to the second floor are like climbing a little mountain. If you have physical impairments this may be a challenge, please ask us about using our home bathroom on the first level. Both guest rooms have space for a queen sized air mattress available for additional guests. We have placed a TV in the lower bedroom but there is no cable. We have provided a ROKU and you are welcome to connect your own devices to stream, play, watch, etc! It’s there for your use! Laundry facilities are available upon request - Shared space. We love your dogs, cats, guinea pigs, and hamsters. We have them too! Please cuddle with them on the floors not on the beds. We have a dog crate available if you need one. **BE AWARE** While the safety of our guests is a top priority, please be aware that you will be staying on a farm. Livestock animals, farm machinery, and insects, including bees and wasps may be present in the yard. Please DO NOT open or enter any animal enclosures, and please do not leave your pets or children unattended in the yard. Because our chickens and peacocks free range, please make sure your dogs stay on a leash while in the yard. Guests with bee allergies or discomfort with the outdoors should book elsewhere. That being said you are welcome to wander around and enjoy the yard and animals!
