Respectful Guests: We kindly request that all guests be respectful of our neighbors and maintain a peaceful atmosphere. Quiet Time: Please enjoy yourselves, but remember to keep noise levels reasonable, especially after 10 pm. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and in the garage ( if applicable). Please avoid throwing cigarette buds in the premises if you're smoking outside. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our home smoke-free. Please be advised that unauthorized late check-outs will result in a penalty fee of $250. Additionally, please note that smoking fines amount to $500.
