This amazing villa is found at Koskinou village and offers a wonderful private swimming pool. The villa is found at a 10-minute drive from the famous Kallithea Springs and Rhodes city. The property can comfortably accommodate up to five guests. A sixth guest can also be accommodated with an inflatable floor mattress, available upon request. Please inform us in advance so that we can have it prepared before your arrival. The space This beautiful house offers 2 fully airconditioned bedrooms. Both bedrooms have double beds. Also, you’ll find a comfy sofa bed in the living room and a bathroom with a bathtub. There is a fully equipped kitchen for any meal preparation. Guests will find an amazing living room as well as a dining area to enjoy a meal. There is free Wi-Fi access throughout the property as well as a smart TV. Outdoors, you’ll find the wonderful private swimming pool for your ultimate relaxation and a dining area to enjoy your meal under the kiosk. There is a BBQ facility surrounded by gardening where you can prepare a meal and enjoy a gathering with your loved ones under the starry sky! We would like to inform guests that the owner lives close to the property and may occasionally be nearby. This is only for guests’ safety and convenience in case anything is needed during their stay.
