It's a fully equipped condo waiting for you to come and enjoy what our area has to offer!! These upstairs units are the largest sized units available at this facility. Don’t Miss out on the fun!! You won't regret it! The space This unit is located upstairs, at the center of the complex. It's location is pretty quiet. It is the only unit that does not have another unit on either side of the walls, nor below. We are located directly across the street from the gulf beach with easy beach access just 150 ft down the street, on beautiful North Padre Island. The condo is a two level loft type condo with fully equipped kitchen. Loft bedroom with queen bed and beach view balcony. Lower Living area has a futon that will sleep two, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Internet is provided. Guest access Our facility is a multi-unit facility. You will be lodged in Unit #224. We have a Hot Tub and swimming pool available to all guests (Pool is heated during the winter season). There is also a laundry room with a couple of coin operated washers and dryers. Free parking for all registered guests one parking slot per condo. Street parking is also available. We do have 2 handicap parking areas near entry of complex. Other things to note FYI: our condo is a Self Check-in Unit. You will be issued a unique smart lock code. Once this code is entered, you will be checked-in remotely. There will be a lockbox with the facility key to gain entrance to the building which maybe locked at times (you will need this key when the entrance is locked). The loft bedroom is accessed by a narrow spiral staircase. It is 22 inches wide and may be a challenge to anyone who may be moderately overweight or have Mobility issues. No elevators in this facility.
