Duplex in a house made of raw earth, charm and nature

At the crossroads of Upper Brittany, in the Brocéliande region. Within the "Gîtes Les Fleuries", this pretty Duplex apartment on the 1st and 2nd floors, named the Epilobe, is located in a country house in bauge (raw earth) from 1756. It has been renovated in natural materials, earth, wood, lime…, which brings a quality of well-being, a feeling of cocoon. This ecological site (former farmhouse) is being rehabilitated into gîtes (3), nature spirit, respecting the old building. The space The accommodation with a capacity of 6 people includes: - a large fitted kitchen, oven, induction hob, kettle, electric coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, microwave oven..., - a laundry room, a separate toilet, - a large 40 m² living room, with TV, board games, books, sofas and armchairs. On the second floor: - a bathroom, shower, hairdryer - a separate toilet, - one bedroom with a king size bed or two 90 x 200 twin beds, - a bedroom with a king size bed or two 90 x 200 twin beds, preceded by a desk area, through this bedroom you can access a third bedroom with two 90 x 200 beds, convertible into king size. We therefore have the possibility of 3 double beds, divisible into 6 single beds according to your wishes. Watch your heads! The bedrooms are attic rooms and structural beams intersect above the beds. The doors are also small in height (1.60 m +/-). The interior staircase is very old and must be used gently. In a room on the ground floor, a laundry room common to the cottages with washing machine, clothes drying racks, and freezer are at your disposal. Baby bed, bathtub, highchair, stair gate, etc. available on request. Toilet paper, paper towels, tea towels, garbage bags, are also provided for the start of the stay. Supplement for bed linen (organic cotton) of 5 euros per person and 5 euros for towels (2 gloves, a towel, a shower sheet) per person. New bedding. Cleaning kit available. If you'd prefer not to clean, the cleaning fee is 40 euro per stay. Heating with pellet stove and aerothermal. The price includes half a bag of pellets per day, and 15 Kwh per day. The additional bag of pellets is charged at 10 euros. The additional Kwh is charged at 0.17 euros, according to the apartment meter. A deposit cheque of 300 euro will be required upon arrival and returned upon departure if no damage is found. Wi-Fi access. Cob houses have thick walls and sometimes let the phone network pass through randomly. The cottage is non-smoking, pets are not allowed. It is not suitable for people with disabilities. It is requested to remove your shoes in the apartment which is entirely in chestnut parquet. No parties or events. We speak English. The garden, in motion, wild and respectful of biodiversity, is common for the lodgings, but everyone can find their intimate space in the many corners. Garden furniture, garden tables and chairs, barbecue, bike and motorcycle shelters, and parking are at your disposal. The "Gîtes Les Fleuries" welcome you year-round. At the crossroads of Haute-Bretagne, in the country of Brocéliande, Ideal for visiting Upper Brittany, halfway between Saint-Malo and the Gulf of Morbihan, 15 minutes from the mythical forest of Brocéliande and its Arthurian legend; 30 minutes from the pretty medieval city of Dinan, At the crossroads of the two greenways that cross Brittany (V3 and V6), The first beaches are 45 minutes-1 hour away (Lancieux, Dinard).
