For some bizarre reason Airbnb's AI added a statement to the listing that this unit is a 12 minute walk to the beach and this is incorrect. There is no walk to get to the beach… This unit and building is BEACHFRONT. Oh my goodness, this view! You’ll feel all of life’s stresses melt away the moment you walk in to this impressive, yet comfortable, beachfront condo with stunning views of the turquoise and teal waters and sugar white sand of the Emerald Coast. Relax on your beachfront/pool front balcony with your morning coffee, listening to the gentle sounds of the waves, or watch the orange-pink sunset glow over the ocean with a cold drink. With the balcony so close to the beach, you'll practically feel as if you're sitting on the sand. Inside your Blue Lupine beach condo, you’ll find 2 comfortable Pottery Barn sofas and a 75 inch Smart TV with access to Netflix, Disney Plus, Hulu, etc. and full cable for movie night or the big game! The spacious dining table easily seats 6, with room for more at the game/work table. Your well stocked kitchen offers everything you could possibly need for either a quick snack, or a feast for 10. The master bedroom boasts sliding glass doors to the balcony, with a beautiful view of the beach (even from the bed!), an incredibly comfortable king size bed, and a 48 inch flat screen tv. The master bathroom provides the perfect oasis with a separate walk in shower, and large soaking tub with jets. Two separate vanities provide plenty of space for each of you. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed with smart TV, and en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. The third bedroom offers 2 twin size beds, a smart TV, and attached bathroom that also opens into the hall area. The living room includes a pull out couch which is perfect for the kiddos or young adults. A washer and dryer is also provided inside the condo for your convenience. The balcony overlooks not only the private beach which is reserved exclusively for guests of Blue Mountain Condos, but also the beachfront pool and hot tub. The pool is heated in the cooler months and the property is very easy to navigate; you can quickly and easily pop right up to the condo from the pool or beach for lunch or snacks. In addition to the complementary beach service, you will also have complimentary use of 4 adult bicycles, 4 portable beach chairs, 1 portable beach umbrella, a small cooler, 8 beach/pool towels, and beach/sand toys for the kids. A high chair and pack and play can also also supplied for you free of charge (must request in advance). The private bicycles are dedicated to our condo only and not used by other condos. No need to skip your work out if you don't wish to, as access to the large onsite gym is included with your stay, and is located inside the same building and same floor as your condo. Complimentary wifi is provided in the condo and in the sitting areas of the building atrium. This is a beautiful, low density property, so it is less crowded than many other areas. Elevator is very conveniently located nearby your front door, but not close enough to be noisy. This beautiful condo comes with all the goodies… bicycles, Beach toys, boogie board, plenty of board games for all ages, books for adults and kiddos, as well as pool/beach towels are all supplied for plenty of fun! Just pack your swimsuit, flip flops, and toothbrush and come on down! Guest access Guests have access to the entire condominium and all of the property amenities, including the private beach, beachfront swimming pool, beachfront hot tub and sunbathing area, onsite gym with treadmills, ellipticals, cross trainers, weight machines, and free weights, as well as onsite barbeque grills and outdoor basketball court. The condo includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. One covered parking space is conveniently provided in the parking garage underneath the building, other vehicles must park in the outdoor parking lot (2 minute walk). We can usually accommodate a third vehicle if you need to bring 3 cars. Biking is very popular in this area, and a 19 mile bike path stretches from one end of 30a to the other. You will have access to 4 complimentary bikes for your stay, and can rent more to be dropped off to you, if needed. Other things to note An elevator takes you up to your third floor condo. Guests must be able to ascend and descend stairs in order to access the beach. You will have one covered parking space underneath the building in a gated area, and all other vehicles must park in the outdoor parking lot (1-2 minute walk). If your reservation takes place any time between March 1 through October 31, you will receive complementary Beach service : use of two beach chairs, beach umbrella, and side table, free of charge. In addition, you’ll find four portable, backpack style beach chairs inside the condo for your complementary use as well. The beach service will be set up for you each morning throughout your stay by Excel Beach Service. Excel also provides beach bonfire service, which is incredibly fun for the entire family! Slime, henna tattoos, hair dye, sharpies, play doh, and any other items that can cause stains or damage are not permitted in the condo. Check in time begins at 4 PM. Please make your travel arrangements accordingly. Guests must have their legal first and last name on their Airbnb account and you may be asked to show ID. All guests must sign our rental agreement prior to arriving on the property. This is a legal requirement by our county.
