The Boykin Cottage in Park Circle

Named after Phish, a Boykin Spaniel, it is located minutes from Downtown Charleston, North Charleston Coliseum, Charleston Convention Center, Riverfront Park, Joe Riley Stadium, Tanger Outlet Mall, isle of Palms, Sullivan’s Island and Charleston International Airport. The cottage offers groups a cozy “at home” feel throughout their stay. The space Over the last few years, the cottage has been renovated by my family and me. The chosen colors of paint gives guest who visit a southern costal feel. The full kitchen is an open area with bar seating. Bedrooms offer space as well as short term storage. Being an avid outdoorsman who enjoys fly fishing and photography, guest will see the owners passion through decorations of self taken wildlife pictures and art. A spacious backyard with a privacy fence has enough room for your pet to run laps. Off the side of the garage sits a patio with a grill and an outdoor sofa under lights for those great summer feels. With each new guest and their recommendations, the house continues to evolve into something better than it was before. The cottage is a 3br/2bth. It has a full guest bathroom that sits between the kitchen and bedroom. The Master has its own bathroom that is located in the back of the house. Three full rooms with beds (Queen, Full & Single) in each, a pullout couch bed (queen size), a queen size self inflating air mattress and a single self inflating air mattress. Towels, linens, blankets are provided along extra pillows in the hall closet. Guest access Guest are allowed to use the kitchen for preparing food, ask that if you use the stove to make sure you turn it off when finished. The patio can be used for hanging out (grill is unavailable), backyard for pets, bikes for a ride around the neighborhood. The top shelf of the bar is off limits but feel free to use the glasses for your own beverages. Other things to note During your stay, you will see personal belongings in the closest, the garage as well as food in the pantry and freezer. Guest are welcome to anything left in the refrigerator that’s inside the house, but I ask guest to not disturb items in the garage refrigerator.
